I love to build things and lead change. I began my career as a software engineer, then moved through nearly every area of technology, building teams and solving business problems. I have since invented, built, and brought to market several technology services, commercial models, and customer engagement programs. I led a large-scale cultural transformation bringing a DevOps and cloud-first approach to Capital One UK, and have since helped hundreds of companies envision and achieve similar aspirations at Amazon Web Services.
