My background is in User Experience design, where I have over a decade of experience, working with small businesses and start-ups through to global brands. In 2015, I joined YouCanBook.me, initially as Head of UX where I was a 'UX team of one' and first designer to join the company. I've since had roles as Head of Product, leading the product and design team and most recently transitioning to a more strategic position as COO.
