I have over 20 years of IT consulting, team leadership and architecture experience supporting multiple operating systems, platforms and software applications. As a full time SAP Business Intelligence solution architect and BI practice lead, I have worked with hundreds of customers to help them leverage SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Data Services, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW and SAP HANA within their on-premises and cloud environments. I have over 13 years of solution architect experience with SAP Applications running on multiple OS, virtualization and cloud platforms. I have over 18 years of BI Development Experience with multiple vendor tools. In the world of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) I have worked with multiple ETL tools to manage data marts and data warehouses which include SSIS, Talend, Data Services and Informatica. I have experience with Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, DB2, Neteza, MySQL, Sybase and SAP HANA. I also serve as the lead SAP HANA solution architect within Enowa. I co-authored the book ''Implementing SAP HANA'' and ''SAP HANA HA and DR essentials''. I recently authored the book ''SAP HANA security guide'' from SAP-PRESS.
