My name is Jonathan Nabrotzky and I have spent the last two decades dedicated to leadership and developing leaders in the financial services industry in diverse international environments primarily in retail, wealth and sales. I focus on helping organizations and individuals to live and lead deliberately from the board room to the family room. I enjoy improving processes and procedures, and I hire, train, and retain the most skilled available talent as I believe the key to success in any organization comes from coaching and leading staff to enable them to achieve business objectives and to be their best selves. Along with my team I have been able to carry out strategic plans and financial objectives in multiple countries.
