I think, write, speak, and conduct research about organizations, organizational behavior, and the working lives of employees - typically within large global enterprises. I aim to (1) understand the shape, and the reshaping of organizations, (2) predict how enterprises will need to adapt to the many influences of today and tomorrow and (3) guide organizations through transformation by way of thought leadership, collaborative insight, and challenging reflection as we build the Future of Work together.
