Over 27 years of experience in the ticketing, sales, admissions and customer service industry. Having a leadership role in a diverse genre of venues including Arenas, Stadiums, Performing Arts Centers and Regional Theatres presenting events such as Popular Entertainment, Professional and Amateur Sports including College Athletics, NCAA Championships, Olympic Trials, Arena Football League and Fine Arts. Managing and motivating a strong, serviceoriented sales team while consistently delivering a first-class experience to our guests and fans. Strong knowledge and experience with multiple CRM platforms.
