I’m a developer, some times a manager and a technology director, but fundamentally a developer and a designer of technology solutions, independent of the language or if that is a hardware or a software solution. I’ve been and active member of the software development community and Internet of Things. I am speaker of regional and national events, author and writer on blogs and a podcaster in last 2 years. Specialized in system development and team management, with more than 20 years of combined experience as a Consultant, writing code, designing architectures and solutions and managing teams. In 2007 I started adopting agile methodologies, focusing on people, teams and improving the work environment, thereby increasing quality and productivity. I’ve worked with the .NET platform since its first release; I am a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Trainer. And I’m also a Scrum Master. In addition to the platforms and technologies above, I continuously invest in my own knowledge, researching new platforms, languages, solutions, methodologies and techniques that allow me to consistently deliver high quality software to my clients and employers. Among my most popular projects I want to highlight: - The first online voting system in Brazil, made for the Federal Council of Public Relations (2006); - The first (offline) search engine that allowed the price comparison of grocery products in Brazil (2000); - Simple credit solution to Caixa Econômica Federal, a nationwide public Bank in Brazil, with more than 25K stores installed; - Fully integrated and online payroll loan systems for promoting integrated credit to Bradesco, Panamericano, Banco Votorantim, Banco do Brasil, Bonsucesso, among other financial institutions. - arrowbus, a system for management by activities, nowadays working in some government organizations in Brazil, based in agile methodologies with functionalities to managers integrate BSC planning actions to simple day by day activities.
