I have experience delivering complex data driven projects. My core capabilities are in Data Architecture, Data Access, Microservices, Agile & SAFe Methodology and Delivery Leadership. I am certified Scrum Master and SAFe 4.0 Agilist, considered change enabler and technologist. I have worked for delivering projects in domains of Financial Services AML Analytics and Cryptocurrency, Retail - Transportation, Retail - Clothing, Healthcare Payer, and Resources - Gas Utility Billing. My roles have varied from Data Architect, Technology Delivery lead to Modernization Delivery lead. I have been recognized for my leadership capabilities and have built successful delivery teams with teams from the Philippines and India. I received an Accenture Leadership Award in 2007. I believe management and leadership of project teams is like being a good point guard in basketball. The point guard knows how to set up each one of his teammates for success in a given situation. This is fundamental to my person leadership philosophy to know your team and how to present them with their task so each person knows they will be successful in their role. As a consultant and engineer I worked on a variety of engineering projects for commercial nuclear power facilities and Environmental Restoration and Waste Management projects for Department of Energy.
