Anuvu delivers satellite Internet connectivity, media services, live television and analytics to airlines, cruise lines, yachts, large enterprises and government. We are a scaled provider of satellite connectivity for the mobility sector with owned and leased satellite capacity, teleports, backhaul, and advanced network management. We provide high-speed Internet and media services for short-haul flights, and movies, audio, and games for long-haul flights. We are the leading network integrator and television broadcaster for the cruise industry. We were created as Global Eagle in a SPAC transaction, were traded on NASDAQ through 2020, and are now privately held. Anuvu helps our customers differentiate and monetize guest connectivity and entertainment. Our services automate passenger and operational workflow and touch billions of passengers. We also provide mission-critical connectivity for government, military, and energy operators. Before joining Anuvu (Global Eagle) in 2015, I spent 15 years in the airline and communications industries. I co-founded MAXjet Airways, a premium international airline, and founded masFlight, a leading provider of big data analytics for transportation operations. I also worked in aircraft maintenance and airline regulatory fields. My experience spans from startup to growth capital, IPO, acquisition and beyond.
