Bio

I am a Microsoft technology generalist with a software development focus. I fix broken software projects and organizations - and help you build new successful ones. I am also the Microsoft Regional Director for Finland, a position that grants me a lot of insight and contact into Microsoft's inner workings. My specialty is the software development field, but few things in IT are alien to me. I understand software on all of its levels - all the way from scope/ROI considerations and technology strategy to protocol stacks and memory dumps. I have run teams of various sizes, gathered administrative experience and then dove back to coding to bring all that into everyday project life. As a result, I'm politically and technically savvy enough to solve most problems thrown at me. I also produce and co-host the Finnish Microsoft podcast Ikkunastudio - check us out at www.ikkunastud.io!
