My professional title is Executive/Leadership Coach, but I think 🌟'Opportunity Expert & Guide'🌟 is more apt. 😁 I say that because all of my clients - primarily business leaders - come to me because they are either seeking or facing an opportunity or a change. We partner to create opportunities aligned with what they TRULY want, and carve the path towards them. I also speak publicly and passionately on the topic of how to create and leverage opportunity in work and life. 🤓 HOW COACHING WITH ME WORKS: In my power-hour coaching sessions with clients, I don’t dole out advice. (I find most people don’t like to be told what to do.) Instead: - *I* hold space and foster 💥radical curiosity💥 for you. - *YOU* build 🌟confidence, calmness and clarity🌟 for what will come next. ✅ TANGIBLE OUTCOMES YOU CAN EXPECT: In the Short Term: From the very first session, clients who show up fully and ready to do the work, leave feeling: 😊 Lighter about opportunities/changes ahead and; 🔎 Clearer about the next steps they want to take. In the Medium to Long Term: 🙌 Success - however they define it. (E.g. career change or progression, successful navigation of a big life/work change, or perhaps simply more calmness or balance in life.) ➡️ Transformation. From a baseline of anxiety & worry/need to control, to one of calmness, trust & confidence. *Get In Touch* Coaching & Speaking 👉 www.joypoole.com
