Joyce O’Connor is the head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Bank of America. In this role, she serves as the company’s subject matter expert in identity governance and access management, working with technology and business teams to create and maintain the company’s IAM strategy and roadmap, with a goal of helping our workforce and customers to navigate our systems easily and securely. Previously, she headed up IAM at Biogen, and prior to that, State Street Corporation.
