I help career advisors create 'aha' moments for students who have no idea what they want to do when they grow up. Helped +50k students and counting. I love to discover exciting ways of looking at the world. What fuels my learning is the opportunity to share what I’ve learned with others. I know what it’s like to feel scared, small, slow and stuck. I’ve learned how to overcome these states and the tremendous impact it can have on a person’s life. I’ve coached and trained over 500 leaders from companies like Sherwin Williams, Texas Instruments, Subaru, Steelcase, McKesson, YMCA, and CARE Canada. I organized and led an unconference for talent management consultants. I’ve won the Stu Conger award for leadership potential in the field of career development.
