My marketing journey has led me to the world of supporting and connecting people. I strive to develop how we bring our humanity to work; what motivates people, creates effective teams, and how the role of community participation and ongoing learning affects people. I am a relationship builder, orchestrator, and am organized and skilled in strategic planning and group facilitation. I am interested in furthering my career in helping organizations lead with a human-first approach to foster belonging in the workplace and beyond. In 2019, I had a burnout and struggled with depression. I give talks to share my journey with mental health with others and I bravely create dialogue on this too-often stigmatized topic. I would like to challenge the status-quo of how we take care of ourselves and how this can be successfully combined with our work. This journey has led me to become an avid wellness advocate. I am the co-founder of open source cloud computing communities in Eastern Canada, as well as an organizer of DevOps Montreal and DevOpsDays Montreal. I am happiest when I can spend time with my son, collaborate with others, and be on my bike.
