I believe that creativity, collaboration and disruptive applied science are outstanding ingredients of success for innovative and cutting-edge nutrition and food product development. I am currently the Regional Innovation Director for Québec at the Canadian Food Innovation Network (CFIN). I was previously, the Executive Director of the Créneau d'excellence Aliments Santé, a food and nutrition industrial cluster in Québec, Canada, focused on innovation and food product development and also MYCÉLIUM, Québec City food incubator and accelerator. I have also been involved in helping food and biotech start-ups and expanding SMEs, providing customized marketing expertise and mentorship for their commercial expansion at Ag-Bio Centre, a business accelerator in the agri-food, biotechnology and green energy sectors. Always in the agritech industry, I have served as the strategic development director for Berger, a worldwide leader in the production of professional growing media. I was responsible for the company’s commercial market analysis, market intelligence and strategic planning. My educational background and my international work experiences have given me in-depth expertise in business development and marketing for companies in the agri-food and biotech sectors.
