I'm a user experience designer and product leader with over 20 years experience in the following areas: - Big Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics (Sigma Computing, Databricks, SAP, BEA) - Cloud Infrastructure / Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Databricks, Aquera, Bracket Computing, Elastra) - Container Security & Encryption (Bracket Computing) - Identity Management (OneLogin) - CRM / Sales (Heighten, SAP, Netsuite) - ERP (SAP, Netsuite) - Supply Chain / Order Management (Escalate) I am skilled at translating business goals and objectives into simple, easy-to-use workflows and compelling experiences. I am especially well known for agile, rapid design iterations where I deliver in hours/days rather than weeks/months. I encourage and facilitate collaboration and rapid iteration on the whiteboard, where great ideas are often born. I am a polyglot: I speak design, business, engineering, QA, marketing, sales and customer. I often find myself at the center of the hub, helping multi-disciplinary teams identify and solve problems that multiple stakeholders will benefit from. When not working, I can be found watching my beloved Montreal Canadiens play a little hockey.
