Transformation leader with a strong focus on financial services and digital. My various experiences in digital, organisational and process transformation projects across various businesses give me a in-depth understanding of numerous financial services businesses (retail banking, asset management, private banking, corporate banking, investment banking, securities services, financing). Having worked in structures from 1 to 100k+ employees developped my taste for agility and efficiency. My current position also permits me to realise everyday how management and collaboration are key instruments for performance.
