Innovation was my inspiration long before I started working in technology. Despite learning from the best in their class MNCs how global businesses operate in the first ten years of my career, I felt a lack of efficiency and, sometimes, common sense. I have run an Executive Talent boutique since 2012. Based out of Singapore, I help tech companies globally scale by shaping their Executive Leadership Teams, working on HR and Talent Acquisition Strategies, engaging in Organisational and Corporate Culture Change projects. My passion is to work with Emerging Tech, especially Blockchain. I also love to give back as an advisor/mentor/coach to startup founders through executive coaching work. Apart from private practice, I work with a few VCs/PEs and Accelerators.
