Jumana Al Darwish is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, Web3 investor and dedicated philanthropist, with over 18 years of extensive experience shaping the private and public sectors. She builds institutions and brings ideas to life, while applying her passions for art, education, community development, gender empowerment, startups and innovation. Recently, Jumana has immersed herself in the world of blockchain, drawn by its potential to improve the world in limitless ways, nurture social connections and help to bridge communities worldwide in original and innovative ways. She is a believer in the use of Web3 for social good and as a means to build global communities that are decentralised, developing real solutions that solve real world problems and adding real value to people’s lives. Jumana spent 2022 cementing her expertise and experience as senior consultant for a number of blockchain investment companies currently operating in stealth mode, where she provided PR and marketing insight for multinational blockchain technology companies that are making impactful investments within blockchain and Web3. Prior to that, Jumana co-founded Made For You Global in 2020, a decentralised inclusive and exclusive tech platform designed to connect and empower female leaders to progress towards their potential. It fosters innovation and growth opportunities for a thriving community of entrepreneurs through a series of initiatives, collaborations, networking opportunities, mentorships and development programmes. With cutting-edge technology developed in Silicon Valley, Jumana has pushed for Made for You Global to become a bridge between Web2 and Web3 technology, empowering women of the MENA region to come together as a DAO - a decentralised autonomous organisation - in an internet-native, global collective that shares resources, builds products and works together toward common goals. Jumana is also the founder of the award-winning international franchise The Happy Box and founder of global brands The Happy Studio and Happy Hearts Global. In 2022, Jumana also provided consultancy in Fundraising, Partnerships and Development to the Abu Dhabi-based Zayed National Museum, where she advised on donor management and partner relations from a Web3 perspective, allowing her to foster her passion for art, community mobilisation and blockchain.
