Justin Hanka takes companies public, raises venture capital, leads capital markets private placements and is an expert in local and cross border M&A transactions. He is a fund investment manager of NAFUND1 (a North American pre-IPO investment fund) and a fund investment manager for ECMP Fund (an equity capital markets placement fund). Justin is an expert in preparing founders and their businesses for listing on the capital markets and executing M&A transactions. Justin co-founded MindBio Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company to change the course of mental health treatments.
