I love challenges and combining technical work of complex systems & end user experience. My strength is to get complex problems solved and bridging detailed technical work and high level non-technical work together. Many years experience of R&D work in embedded systems in various roles makes it possible to see big picture, but still having deep understanding of the context. My work experience include product management, architecting, HW/SW development, integration and testing, full lifecycle of product. Long experience of leading people both directly and indirectly to meet and exceed goals. I enjoy working with people and get my energy from people around me. I have strong experience of program management and focus on Essentials. Priorization of tasks is bread and butter for me. I can do hard decisions fact based without hesitation.
