As a solutions leader, I’m the “go to” subject matter expert that helps enable teams to create killer customer experiences for our clients. I’ve spent the last 9+ years managing website and marketing campaign launches: rolling out new platforms, user training, process improvements as well as multi-team and project coordination. I speak just enough business and developer to realize a common goal and seamlessly take it from start to finish. I’m a lifelong student and love learning new technologies and strategies. I pride myself on being reliable and driven. I always strive to understand the nuts and bolts behind getting work done so I can jump in and get my hands dirty to push us past the finish line. I’m also an expert cat herder*. *Cat Herder (noun): one with the uncanny ability to align many different departments and team members via excellent communication, organization, and collaboration. On a personal note, I’m passionate about health, DIY and time management. I enjoy staying active, which sometimes includes swinging a hammer, and implementing all the #timeblocking strategies. This helps me maintain a balanced mind while feeling strong, structured, and ready to take on the world!
