I spent my early professional career learning the nuts and bolts of customer service. While learning strategic marketing, I enrolled in the MBA program at GSU's Robinson College of Business to round out my finance and build on my business strategy expertise. After graduating from business school and more hands-on experience with exception management and customer preferences, I joined Amazon.com and have spent the past five years progressing from new building launches to running the largest sortation center in the US, culminating in a network impacting role where I guide, develop and implement new strategic programs and technology into our middle-mile transportation network throughout North America and Europe. I currently spend my time figuring out how to develop new technology and programs to support the flexibility and routing/processing needed across carriers to delight the customer at an ever faster pace.
