As EY’s Global CMO and Brand, Marketing and Communications leader, I lead a team of over 2,500 brand, marketing and communications specialists across more than 150 countries. In this role, I am custodian of the EY brand, leading my team to create distinctive marketing and communications that engage and inspire a wide range of audiences and align with EY’s purpose, building a better working world. In 2023, EY was named one of the Top 10 strongest brands by Brand Finance in their annual analysis of over 5,000 global brands. My 25+ year career has included national, regional, area and global roles in marketing, communications and operations in London, Sydney, Perth, and Hong Kong. I have extensive experience in leading cross-border teams, digital transformation and am passionate about building people’s careers, driving positive change, diversity, equity and inclusion. I’m honored to be a member of the Global Board of Governors, Junior Achievement Worldwide and part of EY’s Global Corporate Responsibility Council, as well as the EY Global Social Equity Taskforce.
