Working with companies to build a high-performance culture I support leaders to inspire others, develop motivated and committed teams, recognise and reward strong performance leading to increased staff retention and satisfaction as well as significant improvements to the bottom line. A fully qualified CIPD HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience, I am a strong believer in ''Anything is Possible''. Companies who need support with managing the people side of their business - from small ad- hoc projects to a fully outsourced HR function, can be confident I will always find solutions to any issues, however big or small, and avoid putting barriers in the way. I have a full understanding of the latest Investors in People Standard and have recently supported a company to achieve Gold accreditation, which IIP expects only 2% organisations assessed will achieve first time. The Management Development programme I created is now accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management and focuses on a unique blend of classroom style training and personalised mentoring. I developed a recruitment service with a difference with support from a dedicated HR expert throughout the whole process for a fixed rate fee. This has meant that clients have found the right employee, from admin support through to senior appointments, as well as saving money and time over traditional recruitment methods. I have founded three networking groups as well as a dedicated HR Managers Forum and regularly speak at events providing guidance on all aspects of HR and leadership. I am also a judge of the Employer of the Year category at the Inspire Business Awards.
