Bio

Passionate about helping startup founders and changing the education landscape. Currently building a unique, self-learning programming school in Jõhvi to increase the number and improve the quality of IT talent and create an alternative education opportunity! I have been working with startups for the last 9 years and I have seen it from the investor side during my time at the Estonian Business Angels Network as well as from the startup side during my time at the European Innovation Academy. In the startup team at Civitta, I organized various projects and programs. Like Ajujaht, the largest competition of business ideas and non-equity accelerator in Estonia; mentoring program for scale-ups with Enterprise Estonia; New Nordic Leads investor readiness program with Estonian Business Angels Network and Finnish Business Angels Network; Queen Moldova to inspire and educate the local female founders and others. I'm also an experienced operations and international project manager as well as a large-scale events organizer with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
