Karina is an international negotiation expert and heads the purchasing department of a business unit of the Heraeus Group in the Europe region. In addition, she works as a speaker. She studied economics and management in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on purchasing and logistics. She is currently doing her EMBA in Switzerland (St. Gallen/ Zurich). Her core topics are digitalization, leadership and negotiation. Karina has intensive experience in international project management (Asia, Europe, USA), increasing purchasing efficiency, successful stakeholder management within the business unit, optimizing collaboration within global interfaces, process and cost optimization of the supply chain and realization of savings projects. She previously held various positions at companies such as CWS-boco (Haniel) and DPD. With her international teams she develops overarching visions, integrates standards and positions purchasing within an organization. Karina is passionate about inspiring, enabling and empowering people to unlock their potential and bring it to light.
