Redefining Valuation for the future through the largest footprint of Appraisers and our wholly owned Technology company - Datappraise. Both have allowed me to build and serve an ever growing base of clients Nationally and Internationally. I have over 27 years of real estate experience, with over 20 years in appraisal work. My practice includes a concentration in the appraisal of complex commercial properties, as well as litigation support and consulting. I am Certified in the States of South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. As an Appraisal Institute Member, I hold the prestigious MAI designation and was active with the South Carolina Chapter, having last served as 2015 President. I also served on the Admissions and Designations Qualifications Committee for the Institute. I am a founding Board Member of Valbridge Property Advisors, and continued to serve in that capacity through May of 2015. I currently oversee marketing and business development for Valbridge Property Advisors, Inc.
