Kaspar Korjus is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Pactum AI - a tech startup that is revolutionizing the world of business negotiations with chat and AI. Walmart, Maersk and other Fortune 500 companies use Pactum’s autonomous negotiation to automate their supply chain and logistics operations while realizing millions of dollars in savings. As a co-founder of Pactum, Kaspar has been involved in many aspects of building the company - from leading business discussions with clients, pitching to investors, building the brand, to developing the company strategy, and leading product development. In his most current role as the Chief Product Officer, Kaspar’s team developed the Pactum Negotiation Suite, a comprehensive array of powerful negotiation tools that empower large companies to create agreements with vendors without human involvement. Prior to Pactum, Kaspar was the founding Managing Director of Estonia’s e-Residency, an ambitious Government initiative that attracted over 100,000 e-residents, generating over $400M in net new income for Estonia. Kaspar has a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Bradford, UK, and a Master’s degree in e-Business from the University of Lancaster also in the UK. In 2018, Kaspar was chosen by the US Government’s CTO, Megan Smith, as one of the 20 global digital leaders and participated in a 3-week working session in the White House to support the e-government transformation of the USA. In 2019 he was nominated as Junior Chamber International’s 10 Most Outstanding Young Persons of the World. In 2020, Kaspar was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau by the King of the Netherlands, His Majesty Willem-Alexander, in recognition of his contributions to the betterment of societies worldwide. When not building technology or traveling to the US for business meetings, Kaspar mostly spends time with his wife and three sons in the countryside of Estonia, where they enjoy the best of winter and summer activities that the European countryside offers.
