Improvise. Adapt. Overcome. Bear Grylls put it pretty great and I try to live by it. I'm a husband and a dog dad currently leading Retent AS. This year we are celebrating our 30th year of operation. Our focus is on production and supply of special-purpose furnishings for medical facilities, laboratories, schools, and the sale and maintenance of dental, laboratory, and other medical and scientific equipment. We are undoubtedly one of the oldest companies in our field in Estonia. My focus is to lead a fantastic team of talents with the aim to build company culture aimed for long term success. We pride ourselves with using new effective technologies and information tools in our work. The company's staff may be relatively young but is competent in many areas, having extensive work experience in a technically complex field. Fortunately life is more than work so I try to regularly do things I like outside of work. Every now and then I get my hands dirty helping out with construction work, take my motorcycle out on the country roads or go sailing when the weather is right. Bachelor of Laws from Tartu University
