I work as Chartered Occupational Psychologist / Human Factors Consultant in Arup’s Operations Consultancy group. My role involves integrating human behaviour with processes and technology to inform design and operations. I have recently been named 'Change Management Consultant of the Year' at the MCA awards. From September 2012 to June 2014 I worked on a large operational readiness project at Heathrow, where I led and Project Managed a Arup team of psychologist designers and training managers on the people readiness works team to ensure stakeholders were ready for day one operations and beyond. The terminal opened successfully on 4th June 2014. I am currently working on projects at Heathrow and with Highways England to deliver behavioural change through human factors interventions. I have 8 years experience in areas such as human factors, organisational behaviour and more general operations consulting. I have worked on a number of reputable client projects spanning a range of different sectors including aviation, rail and industry, energy and healthcare, across the UK and other countries such as Dubai, Hong Kong, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. My specific contribution to projects includes: •Using facilitation methods to capture processes and user requirements •Conducting diagnostics, such as task and work analysis •Assessing human interactions with processes and technology (Human-Machine-Interaction) •Integrating an understanding of human behaviour/psychology/factors into design •Organisational development and design •Stakeholder engagement and change management • Project Management and team leadership Key clients include: Heathrow, Highways Agency, Network Rail, Llyod's Register, MTR.
