As the founder and managing director of Copy House, I enjoy creating a workplace my team are proud of and a place where they can deliver the highest quality content possible. I’ve always had unconventional ideas and ways of doing things, so I built an agency that throws the rule book out the window. For example, I’m an avid supporter of flexible working, so we use an output-based approach to allow the team to work around their schedule whilst delivering top quality work. When the pandemic struck, Copy House lost over 50% of clients overnight. As I didn’t want to furlough employees or make redundancies, I worked tirelessly with my team to save Copy House, laser-focusing on the FinTech & technology niche and investing heavily in our company. With the help of my team and our network, we slingshot our way out of the pandemic. We won some of the biggest technology and FinTech clients, including Meta and Klarna and expanded the team. Today, Copy House is a leading, award-winning content marketing agency specialising in content creation for technology and FinTech companies. We have expanded and introduced new services and launched to Europe with ‘Copy House Europe’. Alongside growing Copy House, I also enjoy mentoring and teaching other entrepreneurs and copywriters through my Pay it Forward mentoring scheme. I believe knowledge should be publicly available and through helping each other we can elevate one another's success. To further strengthen the community, I’m also a frequent industry speaker and passionate about topics such as SEO, customer-centric content, technology marketing, B2B content marketing, agency culture, leadership, female entrepreneurship and more!
