I love people. Well not all people - just the good ones. I love talking to people who are nothing like me. I love to learn about different cultures and ideas and above all else I love to challenge myself and my thinking on a daily basis. I grew up in California and Texas. Interesting mix, I know. I went to school in Texas, got married, had a baby and that was that - roots were planted. That little baby is now in high school and our plan is to rip those roots out a bit when she graduates. We’ll head out on the road in our Airstream to go on an endless adventure while simultaneously doing what I love state to state (you know... via planes, trains and automobiles). Sounds like an impossible dream? Not really. You just have to think big and plan ahead. So far our plan is well underway and I love nothing more than to help other entrepreneurs pinpoint their dream, create a plan and work on a strategy to execute it. Ok, if you're still reading you find me somewhat interesting so let's get into what I really do for a living. 1. Keynote Speaker: If you are looking for a big personality to speak to an audience on excellence, dedication, smashing imposter syndrome, consistency, thinking big, team building, motivation in life and business, etc... You found her. 2. Event Host/Emcee: If you need someone to get the show started, to keep it going, to make sure the audience stays engaged between topics and panels look no further. It's what I love to do. 3. Business Consulting & Creative Strategy Planning: This is my wheelhouse. I have spent 20+ years opening, operating and managing real estate brokerages.* *I can help with the following: Coaching your leadership team on recruiting and retention, creating and maintaining company culture, opening an independent brokerage, building a team, increasing personal sales, agent branding, social media strategy, systems and software that actually work, cost efficiency, etc. That's me in a nutshell.
