Bio
Katie leads decarbonising businesses and development of sustainability strategies at Capgemini Invent, with particular focus across engineering, digital and intelligent technologies. She also invests in emerging climate solutions. Previously to this at McLaren, Katie developed and launched McLaren's 10-year sustainability strategy with focus on net-zero strategies and circular design and led sustainability, innovation and technology partnerships. Prior to this, Katie worked at consulting firm Gartner with global technology brands. Katie is an Advisory Board Member of Be the Business and member of the Financial Times Climate Council. She completed Santander W50 Emerging Leaders Program at the London School of Economics and Political Science and graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA Hons in Business Strategy and Management.
