I'm a people first leader who loves to build winning teams. Currently, I'm VP of Engineering at Ambassador Labs, the cloud native developer experience leader that enables developers to code, ship, and run applications faster and easier than ever. Previously, I was VP of Engineering at Buffer, a mission-driven B2B SaaS service for marketing teams. ‍At Buffer, I built out the engineering org, hiring both engineers and managers and growing the team from from ~15 to 40+ engineers serving 8 million users and 75,000 brands. I scaled up Buffer's engineering team from $5 million to $20 million in annual revenue; we acquired 100,000 new users per month and reached a monthly audience of more than 1.5 million. ‍ I've written and spoken extensively about engineering leadership, with two books from O'Reilly and a definite guide for Remote work from Holloway.
