'The journey is the reward'' was an early discovery in my career about the joy of helping people and teams reach their fullest potential on their professional journeys. Being on this development and transformation journey with leaders and individuals as a certified executive coach, trainer, consultant, and Head of High Performing Organisation Development at Philip Morris motivates me every day. My current work focuses on establishing the strategy, KPIs and programs that enable organizations to create an inclusive, diverse, and high performing culture where everyone brings their best self and contributes fully within complex international business environments. Achieving high performance can be measured. It requires a systemic commitment at the management level as well as across the organization from team members who share the mission of the organization to transform and create value. To achieve these ambitious goals, I draw from my 15+ years of experience leading international teams and strategic development initiatives, 12+ years of my exec. coaching and consulting practice, and my work as trainer and facilitator with corporations of differing sizes and sectors. Throughout my journey, I enjoy learning new things alongside my colleagues and client partners every day.
