My experience has developed across business development, fundraising & investor relations at an early-stage impact investment startup (ClearlySo), and then recruitment, people success & business operations at Anthemis, a VC investor (supporting the VC’s portfolio of tech companies, and also gradually internally at the firm itself). I've been involved in supporting 100+ tech startups in delivering investment pitches to angel investors, whilst also building said angel investor network (50:50 women & men investors!). Catalysing early stage investments led to venture-building within a VC, and playing an instrumental role in recruiting founding teams. In lock-step with Anthemis' portfolio growing 100+ companies, I've scaled resources and advisory support accordingly with a lens on talent. I've had the privilege of being listed Top 50 Women in Fintech Powerlists (2017, 2019). I'm passionate about businesses, teams and individuals - the orchestra of all and the individual - becoming resilient and operating sustainably. This value manifests in my executing across business operations, relationship management across external and internal stakeholders and people-related practices.
