Bio

I'm a UX leader who gets excited about promoting user-centered thinking and research practices. I am great at creating experience visions that solve real problems and collaborating with teams to take steps to achieve them. What sparks ''happy'' in me is helping teams establish processes and practices that help them gain confidence in their work. The local development community has a special place in my heart; as co-organizer of New England GiveCamp and BarCamp Manchester, I try to foster creativity and collaboration not only inside my work environment but outside it as well.
