In my various roles within the highways industry I have driven large and small teams to deliver and improve consistently and continually. I’ve used data to translate and embed strategic direction with a view to always work smarter not harder on business goals. I am a driven and dedicated leader, with a focus on progressing business performance. I have managed multiple change projects including lean and digital transformations. Lean as a methodology for improvement and change is key to how we manage these changes and is fundamental to propelling our organisation forward. I am passionate about delivery and my approach to continual business improvement.
