Kelsey is an IT professional with 20 + years’ industry experience and more than 16 years of experience working with Agile approaches to software development and product management. From teaching XP and TDD to software engineering students in 2002, to leading an organisational change to Agile thinking and values, whilst championing the adoption of Agile tools and techniques. Kelsey brings both hands-on technical skills and lived experiences to her work, she is personally committed to the practice of continuous improvement and seizes every opportunity to learn new idea's and skills from others in order to refine and develop her own. Kelsey is an active member of her professional community and regularly participates in professional development activities such as; meetup groups, practitioner conferences, blogging and social media streams.
