A passionate and determined senior mining executive building natural resources projects communities can be proud of. With grit and a quick intellect I lead with courage and determination, delivering results across the entire mining value chain. My career has taken me on an incredible journey from underground miner, through to company founder including award winning greenfields exploration discoveries, project development, operations management, mining finance, M&A, IPOs, strategy advisory, mining services and non executive director roles. On the asset owner side this includes base, precious, energy, industrial and agricultural minerals and in mining services - mining contracting and technology in exploration, open pit and underground mining applications. Currently I'm delivering on my mission through the establishment of Trigg Minerals Limited, a company named after my forefather, the pioneer Henry Trigg and a founder of Western Australia which listed on the ASX in October 2019. At Trigg we’re exploring for essential minerals for human health, agriculture production and carbon farming – sulphate of potash (potassium sulphate) in the brine waters of Western Australia where we intend to develop a low impact solar evaporation project to produce this essential fertiliser for Australia and international markets. Awards and Recognition include: 2022 Discovery of the Year (Lake Throssell Sulphate of Potash); 2022 100 Inspirational Women in Mining; 2020 Finalist for the Outstanding Woman in Resources; and the WA Telstra (Young) Business Woman of the Year 2005. A Mining Engineer from the WA School of Mines with an MBA in Economics from Deakin University and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Governance. Holder of a Western Australia First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency, Underground Shift Supervisor's Certificate, a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
