Co-founder & Managing Partner of IQ Capital, a Cambridge & London based early stage deep-tech venture capital investor. Currently investing from our Flagship Fund IV and our Growth Fund to back exceptional thought leading founders. IQ Capital invests in ‘deep-tech’ across sectors including machine learning, AI, robotics, med tech, health tech, advanced engineering, materials, and data-focused propositions based on disruptive algorithms. Initial investments range from early stage £300k to £7m, with capacity for follow-on investment up to £30m. The IQ Capital team has achieved over 20 exits to date, to companies including Oracle, Google, Apple and Facebook, and several IPOs. I have 25 years investment experience in early stage Venture Capital both in the UK and Europe. I head up cybersecurity, big data, security & defence-tech, neuro-tech and supervisory & regulatory tech in the IQ Capital portfolio and specialise in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, GTM, ICP evaluation, Strategic Marketing.
