I've specialised in commercial and product/market fit strategy, business development, and client advisory, focusing on the human experience of work. I am passionate about delivering business objectives through purpose-led, human centered leadership. At Mercer, I lead the UK Career business focussed on designing and delivering innovative, human centered workforce strategies with clients. As a Managing Director at TI People, I sat on the global leadership team advising client organizations on making employee experience a tangible outcome for both business value and better lives at work. Prior to joining TI People, I was responsible for CEB EMEA (now Gartner), accountable for profitable and consistent 15-20% growth across a dynamic set of insight and advisory products through market expansion, go-to-market re-design, sales enablement, and new product launch and development.
