I am an experienced Systems Manager working within the retail and transport industries with strong experience in Smart Ticketing within the rail industry. I am a strong leader with a passion for strategic thinking and enjoy simplifying workflows, along with building strong relationships with my colleagues and stakeholders. I work extremely well under pressure and always have a positive attitude when faced with a problem. One of my key strengths is the ability to problem solve and see the wider picture of an issue. I take a logical approach when agreeing budgets and contracts with suppliers making sure senior management understand my decisions. The best customer experience is paramount in my mind when making a decision within my role. I am at a stage in my career where I am looking to progress into a more senior role, as I have extensive people management skills and a proven track record in leadership.
