I am the founder and a hands-on Chief Executive Officer of the edtech start-up Wyblo. My professional journey begins as a Marketing Intern at Pelliconi, I discovered how a corporation and a department worked, which inspired me to further my experience in marketing at the University of Bologna. After this internship, I participated in a study abroad program at the University of California, Riverside in California, USA to build my understanding of international business and administration. During this period, I interned for Project TechXploration, Beaconforce in Silicon Valley, and worked for Hilti. This experience in both the start-up and corporate world,, and my education at the University of St. Gallen, galvanized my desire to start my own innovative project that is designed to change how we learn. I started Wyblo, an innovative learning management system that transforms feedback into accessible data and provides real-time analytics about course performance. Its overall purpose is to improve training and ensure the quality of courses by saving time and energy on management and evaluation organizations to focus on more important tasks, like building relationships. I currently lead a multidisciplinary team of 7 people who have experience in business intelligence, technical development, pedagogy, marketing, and business. I focus mainly on ensuring the operations run smoothly, the financial components of the start-up, and while keeping the team engaged and on-course for success. I believe business is people first, motivating me to be a better manager, leader, and colleague. If you agree in changing the world of leadership feel free to connect with me!
