18 years in electronics design, manufacturing and test specializing in high reliability Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and manufacturing. Experienced as both a manager and technical leader, currently in a individual contributor role serving as the PCB Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Lockheed Martin Space supporting all of our programs in areas such as stackup design, materials selection, routing strategy, signal integrity, and DFx. My core responsibilities include maintaining command media related to PCB/CCA design, mentoring junior engineers, standardizing design practice across the organization and supplier engagement/evaluation. I am active on over 20 IPC committees, including the current chair of the IPC-2581 Users Group and representative for the Americas region on the IPC Deign Community Leadership team.
