As the Americas People Advisory Services leader, I am responsible for leading our business, managing resources and helping clients across North, Central and South America, and Israel. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, I have significant experience consulting across all areas of HR Service Delivery, shared services, and payroll with significant emphasis on HR technology (e.g., PeopleSoft/Oracle, ADP, SAP/SF, HR SaaS solutions, Workday). I am passionate about helping our clients solve business issues and have a deep experience in global HR transformations, HR service delivery strategy, HR technology strategy and deployments. I have been fortunate to lead several complex global HCM/HR Transformation deployments inclusive of global payroll strategy and deployment/integrations. These opportunities have also created a platform where I am able to share my experiences and lessons learned with the HR space. I am a featured speaker on the Forbes HR Council and have had many opportunities to partner with media platforms through interviews and podcasts.
