I believe in supporting youths actualise their potential to impact the community and industry through a mindful and strategic approach towards work, life and relationships. My inspirations/motivations stem from a body of work that spans more than 15 years in higher education-working with youths/student leaders in my personal and professional capacity as Director of Student Success and Faculty. I speak, facilitate and coach regularly on youth matters pertaining to generational traits, diversity/inclusion, mental wellness, higher education, student success, engagement, employability, leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation.
