Since 1989, I have worked with management, business development, digitalization and finance - in both private companies, state agencies and municipalities. Starting 1 March 2023, I am now working as an independent advisor within circular and regenerative economy and leadership. My key areas of interest and competence are value chain analysis, circular business model development and green transition as business opportunity and strategy. For the last 4 1/2 years I have lead the CE team at Lifestyle & Design Cluster, working with the implementation of circular and sustainable business models in SMEs. In this role I ran a number of both regional, national and international projects, most of which focus on strengthening circularity across different industries. I was the overall manager of the hitherto largest national CE program 'Grøn Cirkulær Omstilling' (= Green Circular Transition), which has been a national test bed for better methods and tools within circular economy and its implementation in SMEs across different industries.
