Just your average rugby loving technology nerd. A passionate problem solver who is creative and confident. I knew I wanted to be in a business technology focused role the minute I made my first custom master page on SharePoint 2010 on prem. Since then, my passion and skill in Digital Workplace and Intranet technology has only grown. In the last 6 years of my career I have held many roles with industry-leading organisations that has taught me Digital Transformation and the application of business technology is only one side of the coin. I've focused my efforts into understanding more about the other side of the coin that is Business Transformation and the role of change management, culture and communication in successful Digital Transformation. This has made me a dynamic and unique technology professional that is a conduit between the business and IT. I am a technically capable, hard-working professional that has experience in SaaS products, Microsoft collaboration tools, custom built solutions and integrating an ecosystem of corporate tools. I have a working knowledge of migrations, content management, governance, and taxonomy strategy. A seasoned conference presenter lucky to present at MS Ignite, IntraTeam, Modern Workplace Conference Paris and many more.
